Education and clinical tools

Public articles support understanding and do not establish a doctor–patient relationship or replace an individual consultation. Urgent symptoms need urgent medical care. Calculators have defined populations, units and limitations and assist professional assessment. Medicine, nutrition and fluid decisions require an individual care plan.

Certificates and official forms

Forms 2, 4 and 4A in the workstation are editable working layouts. The certifier/informant must verify information, sign where required and follow the receiving Registrar’s prescribed format and process. These tools do not issue a registered civil death certificate, certify a signature or submit a registration. Source PDFs are identified and downloadable unchanged; their originating authority and edition control their use.

Bookings and payments

The website calculates a visit-fee estimate and prepares a WhatsApp request. A slot is confirmed only by the doctor. Sending a request or displaying a QR code does not confirm attendance, payment receipt or emergency response time.

Information stored on this device

Article text, medicine imports and some legacy records can be saved in browser storage. Attachments use IndexedDB. They are not automatically shared between devices or backed up to a clinical server. Other people using the same browser profile may access stored material. Do not treat a browser passphrase or a hidden workstation as secure server authentication or encrypted medical-record storage.

Coded cloud records and permission

The new cloud-save flow uploads a generated code instead of the local patient display name and requires documented permission. Dates, measurements and notes remain sensitive medical information. Read the cloud privacy notice. Older records need review; past consent is not assumed. The owner can explicitly delete a cloud copy; local copies, minimal audit events and provider backups are separate.

Optional private cloud trend records

The cloud-trend feature requires a configured database and the clinic owner’s cloud login. Its connection status is shown explicitly. Once configured, a patient’s first cloud save is explicit; later edits to that linked trend can sync while signed in. This covers trend histories only. Signing out does not remove local copies or downloaded backups. Clinical deployment requires testing the actual database access rules, backup and retention settings; the presence of connection code is not proof that cloud storage is active.

Sharing and external services

App-generated PDFs are prepared locally and carry the website and source-section reference. You choose an app and recipient before sharing. A URL printed on a PDF does not make the patient’s filled information available at that URL. WhatsApp, Google Translate, maps, external articles and AI tools have their own privacy terms. Avoid patient identifiers in searches or external AI prompts. Translation is automated and may change medical meaning; compare the English original. User-entered clinical documents are excluded from automatic page translation.

Access lock

The workstation device-privacy lock discourages casual viewing on the current browser. It does not protect downloadable public source code or provide verified professional identity, role-based access, encrypted records, cloud security or audit trails. A hosted authenticated backend is required before representing this as a secure patient-record service.

Article selection and review

Built-in English guides are referenced educational summaries. Locally added articles remain on the device; this does not publish them to everyone. The separate cloud article publisher requires an explicit review confirmation before public publication. Only published cloud articles get a public /articles/ URL and article sitemap entry. Device attachments are retained as files, online URLs are stored as links, and a PDF or Word file is not automatically interpreted as medical evidence. Imported research drafts require source checking and physician review; RSS excerpts are not full-paper review. Generative AI and daily automation must be configured separately.

Review status and contact

Software tests and source review are not an independent legal opinion, regulatory approval or a Copilot certification. The doctor must check clinical suitability and local legal requirements. Raise website corrections or privacy questions directly with Dr. Kulkarni: 9561394341.
